Career Design & Development Services (a division
of Dallas Metrocare Services) provides exemplary vocational services for
persons with disabilities. The Goal of CDDS is to assist individuals in
obtaining and maintaining employment in their career of choice in the
community. On average, CDDS serves approximately 500 consumers per month.
Community inclusion, vocational skills, and employment assistance are
the basis for providing quality services for people with disabilities.
Employers may also qualify for a tax credit for hiring people with disabilities.
Career Design & Development Services values assisting people with
disabilities with dignity and respect. CDDS is an active member of six
