Self Determination DVD

New DVD: Self-Determination Using Self-Directed IEP's

In this 90 minute DVD, presenters share strategies for achieving self-determination in the transition planning process. In the first half of the presentation, best practices associated with self-determination and IEPs are identified and described, followed by strategies that incorporate self-determination within curriculum constraints. In the second half of the presentation, the panel is joined by a student, a parent, and a teacher who share their experiences using self-directed IEP's to achieve high quality transition outcomes. In closing, future self-determination trends are discussed.
