Indiana Noble of Indiana is a nonprofit organization that provides a wide array of services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Noble Communitas is a new initiative that has undertaken to help the individuals they serve live enriching lives of their choosing in the community. Funded as a 5-year demonstration project, Noble Communitas will help over 400 individuals move from traditional segregated programs to creating their own lives using person-centered planning. Communitas addresses all aspects of life, i.e. work and home, worship and recreation, education and self-enrichment, and partners professional staff and services with natural supports and existing community resources.
