As a program sponsored by U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP), EARN would like to assist you in your placement needs by providing you with job postings from employers interested in recruiting people with disabilities. Together, we can leverage the strength of ODEP to work towards our shared goal of increasing employment opportunities for people with disabilities. EARN posts over one hundred jobs each month from employers already convinced that hiring people with disabilities makes good business sense. If postings are for jobs in the geographic area you serve, we will forward the posting to you for your consideration. When the job requirements match the qualifications of one or more of your clients, you can contact EARN’s call center and EARN will help connect you to the employer. EARN works, in large part, because of the strength of its network of enrolled disability employment professionals. By distributing job postings to a network of disability employment professionals, EARN can help meet employers’ staffing needs while putting more people with disabilities to work. Only professionals enrolled with EARN can receive job postings. EARN asks you to join a growing network of enrollees in order to augment your job development efforts. Over 2,500 organizations and 1,000 employers have already enrolled. Once enrolled, you not only have access to job postings but can also access our skilled technical assistance specialists through email or a toll-free phone service, receive a monthly e-newsletter, and have access to a soon-to-be-released, “Members Only” section of our web site offering unique technical assistance and resources to help increase placement outcomes. Enrolling takes approximately five minutes and can be done online at www.earnworks.com/providerenroll.asp, email at earn@earnworks.com, or by calling 1-866-EARNNOW (1-866-327-6669).
