Online Seminars
Barry Maxwell of EmployAbility, Inc. in Bartlesville OK, one of the participating organizations receiving training and technical assistance from the T-TAP project, will share his organization’s strategies and challenges in increasing their customized employment outcomes. EmployAbility, Inc. has simultaneously implemented change that emphasizes finding quality jobs for one person at a time, while addressing larger organizational goals and direction. Barry will highlight some of those strategies they have used successfully to expand access to quality jobs for people with disabilities such as: improving the job development process; developing internal training and staff development; and realigning the organizational structure to support Customized Employment.
