Pam Targett is the Director of Employment Services for Virginia Commonwealth
University's Rehabilitation Research and Training Center on Workplace
Supports. She oversees the day to day operations of the RRTC Supported
Employment vendorship that serves approximately 70 individuals a year.
She has been involved with direct services since 1986. During that time,
she has served as the project coordinator for a number of demonstration
projects that show how individuals with the most severe disabilities can
