Interviewer: Today, we are very fortunate to have with us Susie Rutkowski from Cincinnati, Ohio. Susie, thanks for joining us. Please introduce yourself to the audience and talk about where you work.

Susie Rutkowski: Thanks, I am very excited to be here. My name is Susie Rutkowski, and I work at Great Oaks Institute of Technology and Career Development. We are a career technical high school and adult education facility in southwest Ohio. My other hat is that I am the co-director of Project SEARCH along with Erin Riehle at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati. My job at Great Oaks is that I am the manager of disability education. I support all of our students with disabilities and the staff that works with them there.
